The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any queries or provide recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the breakfast provided offers a variety of delicious options to start your day off right.

We loved staying in this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and we really appreciated having a spacious room. The location was an absolute highlight, with everything just a stone's throw away. We loved the fact that it was right in the city center and very close to all the historical landmarks. Moreover, there were great bars and nightclubs just next door, which made for a fantastic night out. The staff were very welcoming, always eager to help and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Additionally, the breakfast here was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in this city.

Great location, with easy access to bars and restaurants. The room was decent in size and the shower pressure was strong which helped me a lot. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable and could provide helpful information when asked. There was also a map available in the room to help guide you around the city. The internet connection was good, which is great when you have to deal with work-related stuff while on the road.

There were some drawbacks, however. The air conditioner in my room worked great but was a bit noisy.

Despite this, the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful sleep. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. I also appreciated the value for money, with a delicious breakfast included in the price.

Stayed over Thanksgiving and loved the complementary pumpkin pie and turkey sandwiches given by the hotel. the location was great, very close to the city center and all the tourist attractions.

The bathrooms did not have locks and were shared by a lot of guests, so we had to wait in line to use them. the breakfast was very limited and not enjoyable.

I do have to mention that the noise from the nearby bar can be a bit bothersome, but earplugs easily solved the issue. I highly recommend Residence for its warm atmosphere, cleanliness, and unbeatable location.
